Achievements in Goals
-It was determined how the first contact would be made with the families.
-Saddlebag project was designed. Necessary content and forms were created regarding the steps of group activities with families, home visits, data collection and project idea maturation.
-The steps to be followed for the volunteer meeting have been documented.

-Event plans were not made well. Should have been planned earlier
-We were reluctant to take ownership of our duties.
-We are not fully focused on our tasks.
-We couldn’t manage our time well
-We did not use visual materials when announcing the events
-We took on too many tasks.
-Low number of people in the team
